If you don't want to pick an ideology then go with Smythist + wanting Russia to remain an orthodox Christian state with no more separation of the Orthodox church from the state than it had under Czar Nicholas II
Smythist means in agreement with William Henry Smyth who wrote "'Technocracy'—Ways and Means to Gain Industrial Democracy"
