What if King Stefan Dusan of Serbia didn't die in 1355?

As you may know, King Stefan Dusan of Serbia planned to take and hold an empire spreading throughout the Balkans, from Serbia to Greece, and to spearhead a crusade to drive the Ottoman Turks out of Europe when he died. If he didn't, do you think he could have succeeded?

The Ottomans did not own any European land by the time Stefan IV died. They were allies for the Romans (I still refuse to call it Byzantine).

If he lived longer he may or may not have succeeded. Hard to tell. In OTL he failed several times, don't know if that would change. Who knows, weirder things happened OTL. Considering how many enemies he made and the rapid expansion of Serbia, the odds are Serbia might just break due pressure.
