What if Kazakhstan was never taken over by Russia?

Alright, the backstory is that Kazakh Khanate was one of the successor states to the Mongol Empire. It was founded in the mid 1400's and was a powerful nomadic empire in Eurasia. Unfortunately, it had a rival in the east that was also part of former Mongol Empire which was called the Dzungar Khanate or Dzungaria. It waged war against Kazakhs hoping to take over and attempt to recreate a Neo-Mongol Empire which failed and caused them to taken over by China that they also waging war at with 90% of its population being killed off in a Dzungar genocide. Kazakhstan suffered a lot in the war and the tribes that made up which were called "Juzes" got separated and some parts of it joined Russia during Dzungar invasion hoping for protection, thus giving it its influence. Eventually, after the war, Russia slowly began its strong authority over the Juzes. Because of this, a revolt broke down but it got crushed with Khan who was leading it being beheaded. But what if the Kazakh Khanate was never taken over by Russia and disbanded in 1847? How would no Russian influence in Central Asia affect the history? What would happen to Kazakhstan and the rest and what would our present-day world be?

No Russification of Kazakh people means no Cyrillic alphabet, their scripture remains Arabic. Also, there wouldn't be Russian and German settlers. No slavicized last names probably. The relationship between religion and stateSage be affected aswell.

Going to need to do somethings about slave raids, which were one of the main reasons the Crimean Khanate (The other successor to the Golden Horde, which IOTL lasted 70 longer than the Kazakh Khanate) had to go down. What is needed for this scenario to work is perhaps a move by Russia into he Balkans, settling people there. Of course there is less land available, and a lot is worked by Christians, so it might be less apealing than the wide open expanses Siberia and the lands up to it offered.
