John Lennon could have recorded and released an album of solo material in 1977 (as evidenced by the multitude of demo recordings that exist from this period). This album release would have made the 90's Beatles Anthology project more difficult due to Real Love and Free as a Bird appearing as a solo release. The john Lennon Anthology would be a disc short too.

Real Love Album
  1. Now and Then
  2. Real Love
  3. Free As A Bird
  4. Sally and Billy
  5. She is a friend of Dorothy
  6. Whatever Happened To
  7. Howling at The Moon (Tennesee)
  8. Mirror Mirror
  9. Illusions
  10. She Ran Them Round In Circles
Singles
Real love/One of The Boys
Free as a Bird /Mucho Mungo/Mount Elga
Now and Then /Pill

Assuming John Lennon would have continued a solo career rather than release material with Ono, his 1980 release would have comprised the Lennon tracks from Double Fantasy & Milk and Honey

Double Fantasy Album
  1. "(Just Like) Starting Over"
  2. "Cleanup Time"
  3. "I'm Losing You"
  4. "Beautiful Boy (Darling Boy)"
  5. "Watching the Wheels"
  6. "Woman"
  7. "Dear Yoko"
  8. Every Man Has a Woman Who Loves Him
  9. "I'm Stepping Out"
  10. "I Don't Wanna Face It"
  11. "Nobody Told Me"
  12. "Borrowed Time"
  13. "(Forgive Me) My Little Flower Princess"
Double A-side Singles
"(Just Like) Starting Over" /"Watching the Wheels"
"Woman" /"Nobody Told Me"

And surviving demos from the creative year of 1980 show that a follow up album could have been posthumously released with:

Milk and Honey Album
  1. Help Me to Help Myself
  2. Grow Old with Me
  3. Serve Yourself
  4. My Life
  5. Life Begins at 40
  6. The Rishi Kesh Song

  9. Gone From This Place
  10. You Saved My Soul
  11. Across The River
  12. It's real

And with all this material released there is still 'demo' or 'rare' material for inclusion as bonus tracks etc
