John Lennon could have recorded and released an album of solo material in 1977 (as evidenced by the multitude of demo recordings that exist from this period). This album release would have made the 90's Beatles Anthology project more difficult due to Real Love and Free as a Bird appearing as a solo release. The john Lennon Anthology would be a disc short too.

Assuming John Lennon would have continued a solo career rather than release material with Ono, his 1980 release would have comprised the Lennon tracks from Double Fantasy & Milk and Honey
