who would be the next chancellor of weimar is Hitler is not chancellor.i am looking for information for timeline i may write that has a Germany that is not nazi maybe monarchy and i need some ideas on who would be a good chancellor for Germany and its cabinet in 1930 or after

Pretty much this. I went with Hugenberg as I think it's very likely that Germany'd turn into a right-wing dictatorship of some kind anyhow. Wels I could possibly see as well.

Do you mean a different outcome to the 1932 Reichstag elections? Because with OTL results, there's not really much chance for a different cabinet. Even an unlikely SPD-KPD coalition did not have enough votes for a majority, and the German establishment would rather rely on the Nazi party than risk a far-left government anyway.
