What if Hitler/Germany Stopped After the Munich Conference?

Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain had hoped sincerely that Hitler would be sated with the taking over of the Sudentenland, his reasoning being that perhaps he just wanted to unite all “historically German” lands. What if this were in fact the case? Would WWII be stopped in it’s tracks? Or would Hitler’s satisfaction prove to not be much of a factor anyways?

What would convince Hitler to stop his plans for complete domination of Europe and settle for “a lot of but not total” domination of Europe?

Would WWII still occur? Given the state of the world at the time, it very well might have and there’s no guarantee that the Germans won’t hop in on one side or another if a war does happen, even if Hitler were satisfied.

I don't think Hitler would stop, but it might be possible for him to delude himself that now Britain and France are now halfway into joining him for some Great Anti-JudeoSlavikBolshevik Crusade as long as he goes along with "Peace in our time" for a little while and waits for Stalin to rock the boat.

As long as Britain and France keep making concessions, Hitler was the kinda guy to keep on prodding.

Oh of course, this is just for the sake of argument. Let’s say for context that the plot to put Hitler out of power A. Worked and B. Happened earlier.

The Nazis would still be in charge, but say they have a more “reasonable” person in charge. Say, Göring (bad example but can’t think of any “sane” Nazis”). In any case, Germany stops demanding territories from surrounding nations after the Munich Conference.

The goal is to see what might happen outside of Germany to continue the path to a World War (i.e. Italy, Japan, or even the Soviets) or if war could theoretically be diverted

IF Hitler had not taken the rest of Czech in March of 39 and just gone after the Polish/German it would have been interesting.

By breaking the Munich pact agreement Hitler forced Chamberlain to give the guarantee to Poland. Had Hitler left Czech alone and started placing demands on Poland I wonder if Britain would have given the guarantee to Poland. If not, what would Poland have done? Would they cede the territory to Germany or fight alone? If a war developed between Germany and Poland (with no alliances) I'm wondering if Germany takes all of Poland and then sits tight and waits for world reaction.
