No WWII - or at least a much earlier defeat. The Nazi regime collapses due to bankruptcy.

Only Hitler was both crazy enough to start WWII and smart enough to keep the upper hand for so long.

And last but not least: With all the stupid luck they had IOTL, any mayor change has to be desasterous for the Nazis - and good for the rest of the world.

Collapses in favour of whom?

The only force capable of overthrowing the Nazis is the Army, and would they want to? After all, they would just be inheritin the same economic problems that the Nazis faced.
