What if Hitler and Churchill swapped places

What If Churchill was born German and Hitler born British?
Would there have been a WW2?
Who would have Won?
Could Hitler motivate the British People to war despite the Treaty of Versailles?

If Hitler was born British it doesn't mean he would become Prime Minister. It there was a war and Chamberlain was booted out most likely Atlee or someone else would have taken over.

Doubtful that Hitler would ever even have much opprotunity, given the major butterflies that Churchill not being present in government (and the possible ramifications of him holding some important position in germany).

I doubt that anything truly important would have changed (assuming that Churchill does not have a major immediate impact in germany) until around World War One. But by then a different first lord of the admiralty is going to produce many changes. Perhaps no Gallipoli is the first thought, or a differently fought campaign, which will have effects down the line. I doubt that the eventual outcome of the war changes much (unless removing churchill radically changes the outcome of Gallipoli), but Butterflies from this could possibly lead to jackie Fisher staying on as first sea lord. No churchill also means that the foreign effort against the communists in the russian civil war, both direct and indirect, will be more tentative. Finally, the anglo-irish treaty will probably be substantially different, although I cannot say how exactly the peace deal would change.

In short, a number of changes ranging in scope from small to major will lead to a postwar world very different, and probably unwittingly remove most chances that Hitler would develop as a known figure (I also have my doubts that he could have been an influential politician in england; he might very well end up an impovrished painter or some forgotten vetrean). Churchill in Imperial and Weimar germany is an interesting prospect, however.
