What if Henry VI, Holy Roman Emperor takes Eleanor of Brittany as his second wife

While I was thinking the reason why Henry VI wanted to stop the marriage of Louis VIII and Eleanor of Brittany, I was thinking if it is possible for Henry VI to marry Eleanor of Brittany after his wife Constance of Sicily dies, which means in this ATL Henry VI outlives Constance of Sicily.

It's not as much Henry VI attempting to stop the marriage itself, that one of the conditions of Richard I's liberation was that he had to pay a very important ransom AND to give the hand of his niece to Leopold's son (in order to cement the treaty, as it was common).

Henri VI might simply have tought (with good or wrong reasons) that this treaty, even if it went nowhere to realisation, somehow made it a de facto tutor of Aliénor. If such belief existed, it was certainly reinforced by the nature of the alliance between Richard and Henry VI, targeted at Philippe II.

Negociations about the union of the prince Louis and Aliénor were about peace between Capetians and Plantagenets, the marriage (as often) as a way to seal the agreement. Henri VI opposed because it let Capetians with a too much favourable treaty for what mattered to him while it was less favourable that the one that was eventually agreed in 1196 at Gaillon. Eventually Blanche of Castile was preferred to Aliénor of Brittany for such a sealing union, probably because it provoked less political issues for the Plantagenets.

Richard's agreement with Henry VI and Leopold V only lasted as long as the latter two lived. Richard saw himself as beholden to no one but God. As for Eleanor, considering her proximity to the English throne, I'm not sure if such a marriage would be allowed, or if anyone would want a repeat of Empress Matilda.

Considering how much influence Philip Augustus had on Arthur IOTL, and assuming Arthur becomes King of England, if Eleanor of Brittany is going to marry anyone it may be someone of Philip's choice. Someone he could control, like:

Theobald VI, Count of Blois (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Theobald_VI,_Count_of_Blois)
Peter of Dreux, OTL wife of Alix of Thours, Duchess of Brittany (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peter_I,_Duke_of_Brittany)

I believe Eleanor of Brittany can be the replacement bride for Ingeborg, that is perhaps why Philippe is too much pressing for an annulment..

Theobald VI is Eleanor of Brittany's first cousin, Peter of Dreux is younger, I think Eudes of Burgundy and and Robert II count of Dreux would be the possible choices..

I think if Matilda of Brittany the other sister of Eleanor and Arthur would have married Eudes of Burgundy, Sancho of Navarre or Peter the Catholic if she were to survive, since she is less of a threat in her marriage..

Extremely unlikely. It would make no sense both politically and psychologically.
I know I repeat this a lot, but in the same time it's true : most of planned marriages are about diplomatical negociations sealed by unions trough heirs, and extremely rarily for a CK II-like gambit. We know about the 1190's negociations and why they either failed (meddling from Henry VI) or succeed.
