What if Germany Won WWI?

Everyone always talks about alternate histories with the Nazis winning WWII. But what if the Germans won WWI? Would Fascists come to power in Britain and France? What would happen in Russia? America? Or would America even join at all? How would it affect a WWII, and today's modern world? Discuss.

Welcome aboard!

...Er... "everyone" in the wide talks about that, but here WWI has been pretty picked-over too. ;) How do the Germans win? The Schlieffen Plan takes Paris in September? Britain goes down with unrestricted submarine warfare? Ludendorff pulls it out of the fire in 1918? America tag-teams the Allies? there are really a couple of ways it could go, and most of them provide for very different postwars...

True, both world wars are a bit overdone, to say the least. My own thought was that the Germans succeeded in their peace talks in 1916, before the Americans got pissed off enough by the Zimmerman Note.
