France fights on - la France continue la guerre https://www.google.fr/?client=firefox-b#q=fantasque+ftl+forum

The most immediate casualty is the North African theater - because Italy get smashed by French and British forces long before Hitler ever think of creating the Afrika Korps. Bluntly - North Africa is over by October 1940 instead of May 1943. Don't worry, Rommel and most of the fighting and bloods moves to the Mediterranean (with aeronavals battles making The Pacific looks like a bar brawl) notably to the Balkans.
The Royal Navy face the RM as per OTL except it has the whole French fleet by its side - it is a carnage of battleships and cruisers.
By the way, even if France as a whole fell to Germany, Corsica is an island and can't be invaded imediately - in a subtle change, it become (think OTL Crete) grave of German paratrooper force (even though Corsica ultimately fell).

How many troops could france evacuate to Africa ?

How many troops could france evacuate to Africa ?
Don't know, but a grand total of 368,941 British and 189,541 Allied troops (including at least 19,000 Poles) were evacuated via the French Channel and Atlantic ports. However, only a small percentage of the French joined the Free French and the rest were repatriated.

AFAIK it was the French air force that was being evacuated en masse to North Africa. IOTL the Americans transferred all outstanding arms contracts to the British so ITTL the aircraft, ammunition and spares would probably be delivered to North Africa instead.

But if the French do fight on do the Japanese still invade French Indo China and if they do does that lead to the British Empire declaring war on Japan.

Instead of the OTL Malta convoys the cargos are unloaded at one of the Moroccan Atlantic ports. The supplies are then taken by train to Tunis or Bizerta and then by contre torpillieur to Malta in Paris Express.

And there wouldn't be any reason for the Club Runs because the fighters could be flown off from airfields in Tunisia. Hopefully more would get through because fewer fighters and pilots would be lost trying to take off.
