What if Emperor Leopold I had stayed neutral throughout the Franco Dutch War?

In 1668, Leopold and Louis XIV signed a partition treaty concerning the Spanish dominions in the event of Charles II of Spain dying without legitimate heirs. In this treaty, Leopold would receive Spain, the West Indies, Milan, Sardinia, the Canaries, Balearic Islands while Louis would receive Flanders, Navarre, Franche-Comte, the Philippines, Naples, and Sicily. In 1671, Leopold signed a treaty with Louis agreeing to neutrality in case of a Franco Dutch war, conditional on France preserving the status quo concerning Germany and the Spanish Netherlands.

In OTL, Leopold ignored his previous treaties with Louis, and allied with the Dutch against France during the Franco Dutch War. My question is, if Leopold had stayed out of the war, would the Dutch have been able to defeat the French? Would Louis been able to achieve his war aims or would the Dutch have forced him to sign a peace treaty similar to the Peace of Nijmegen? What would Leopold’s neutrality cost him in future relations with the Dutch? Would Louis honor the partition treaty in a TL where he and Leopold have not waged war against each other?

Louis was bound to meddle with Germany sooner or later. This means clash with Austria warranted, and probably Leopold was aware of that, even without considering the much older dynastic conflict that he and all Hapsburgs had inherited from the Valois-Burgundy ancestry.
He will be involved in some later conflict with France before Charles II's death. Of course, France will be in better position facing him. And the impact on the Glorious Revolution may be really huge.

Wouldn't the smart move in this scenario be for Louis to avoid any direct involvement in Germany until after the death of Charles II of Spain? With Louis in control of the possessions that the partition treaty assigned to France and by avoiding the massive debt that France accumulated in the wars against the rest of Europe in the late seventeenth century in OTL, he would have been able to intervene in Germany from a stronger position than in OTL. If Louis had completely defeated the Dutch in TTL, then he would have removed the threat of William III of England before the death of Charles II of England. That fact would benefit him greatly in any future conflict with Leopold.
