What if Constantine lost the Battle of Milvian Bridge?

Basically the title. What if Polytheism and Paganism had triumphed in what is seen as one of the most important battles in western history? Assuming Rome still fell apart, what would this new Europe have come to look like?

Constantine losing at the Milvian Bridge doesn't necessarily save Paganism. The persecution had already been abandoned the previous year (by Galerius) and if the Emperors couldn't suppress Christianity it was always on the cards that sooner or later one would join it.

Even if they don't, the Christians will keep their heads down and survive until the Empire falls. Then it becomes a question of how well they do at converting Barbarian rulers. But, given how Christianity kept on spreading even after the Fall, they probably do ok.

The main difference may be to the Church itself. Since it isn't a specifically Roman religion, as it was OTL, the Pope won't have anything like the same status. Maybe we get a Western Church more like the Eastern, with each kingdom having its own Patriarch.
