So I've seen speculation on Actium going differently, etc, but not this one. Simply, would Cleopatra and her navy arriving to join up with Octavian and Antony against Brutus and Cassius change anything?

I can see it butterflying Tarsus - she and Antony are still likely to have to meet at some point but the pretext of Tarsus was her failure to be a useful ally. A different meeting at a different time probably still involves a political deal sealed with sex, but the contexts are altered. It's also possible that her aid is good PR in Rome.

Which won't prevent the issue of two sons of Caesar but if the timeframe changes Caesarion himself may have things to say on the matter. And, of course, Octavian still wants Antony gone, so there's that.
