What if Catherine of Aragon gives birth to a sterile Male heir

What if Catherine of Aragon was able to give birth to a boy in 1515 that survives infancy to adulthood but the boy turned out impotent or sterile producing no further heirs.

Plus his younger Sisters Marie, Queen of France(2nd wife of Francis I) and Katherine(Duchess of Lorraine) have healthy male issues.

who would succeed the throne of England.

Henry IX succeeds to the throne and at his death either his oldest sister or her son inherits. I'm guessing Marie is OTL's Queen Mary, so she's the heiress, followed by her oldest son. Assuming their father Henry and her husband François die on schedule, by the time Mary inherits she'd be Queen Dowager, so its not like the French King would be her co-ruler or something.

However, this also assumes that Henry VIII doesn't remarry after Catherine's death. If she dies first then Henry remarries. If he has a second son, then that Prince is heir after Wales.
