What if an Aragonese-Timurid alliance?

Apparently there were negotiations between Timur and Aragon. What if the came to a deal where Aragon would provide naval support and get trade deals and they made common cause to ravage mutual enemies like the Byzantines, Ottomans and Venetians.

Even post Timur and his successors does this have the potential to entangle Aragon with eastern alliances and trade routes such that is never an Aragonese-Castilian expansion into the Atlantic?

The main problem was the fact that while Timur had been raiding the territories all the way to the coast of Mediterranean, his empire did not have access to it, only to the Persian Gulf. So how these two sides would communicate? The most plausible scenario (IMO) would be if after defeating Bayazid Timur made a serious effort to expand his state all the way to the Eastern coast of Med with a possible attack on Constantinople and its capture. Of course, he did not have fleet needed to conduct operations on the European side of the Straits and Aragon definitely can be helpful in that area. An important byproduct of that schema would be abolishing of the Asian part of the Ottoman state (and if Timur carries operations into Europe, of the whole Ottoman state). Which means that even after Timur's empire falls apart, Aragon may still have a monopoly on a very profitable Black Sea trade (slaves as the main item) and probably to some Levant trade as well. This may not completely eliminate other interests but surely would put them on a back burner (add to this Aragon's interests in Southern Italy). Castilian interests may remain the same as in OTL (for quite a while all conquests in the Americas were exclusively Castilian with no share for Aragon).
