What happens to Switzerland and the European Microstates after a Nazi Victory?

Assuming the Nazis defeat the Soviets in the field and starve the British out, Fascism would have held despotic sway over all of continental Europe. My question is, what would happen to Switzerland and the small European states such as Luxembourg, San Marino or Andorra in such a scenario?

Well, Germany already had Luxembourg under occupation. Not sure how a victory would alter things.

Assuming the Brits actually give in that would scare the fucking shit out of the US. If there isn't some sort of immediate war (actually launching a large scale air war let alone a ground invasion will be nearly impossible without the use of British or Soviet basing.) then think immediate Cold War but probably even more intense with Nazi Germany effectively being ringed in in continental Europe with the US (and whatever is left of the Soviets) doing everything they can to effectively contain the Nazis and not let them launch adventures overseas. There would almost definitely be a heavy economic war with the US trying to limit Nazi Germanies overseas trade however it could.

Saying that keeping Switzerland and maybe one or two of the other micro states as a neutral ground makes sense for the Nazis. The US would probably be interested in keeping them independent (though most likely at least semi compliant with Nazi demands sort of like Finland in OTL post war) and would try and trade with them to keep them going. Being land locked that trade would have to go through Nazi controlled or Nazi allied territory and ports. That would give the Nazi's some ability to illicitly import various materials and resources they would need. Having Switzerland as a semi neutral ground would also make sense for intelligence operations and diplomatic reasons for both parties. Bern or one of the other Swiss cities would probably turn into something like OTL WW2 Lisbon. Both sides talking under the table through third parties about matters that have to be solved and trying to spy on (and occasionally kill) each other with both parties being interested in keeping those abilities and operations going.

So basically Switzerland a semi heavily armed semi neutral ground that's at least sort of compliant with the Nazi's major demands much like Finland was to the Soviet Union post war.

Switzerland would remain independent as a kind of curiosity mostly because no one in Germany and Austria really cared about it. For comparison if Gernamy and Austria would be 'brothers' like the US and Canada, Switzerland would be like Jamaica in comparison. Like in 'sure they speak the same language as we do... kind-of, but otherwise there's only mountains and nothing of real value. It's a nice holiday spot though"

once the war is over a Vichy regime or Spain could perform the role of neutral third party for financial transactions? Switzerland was a convenience but there is nothing "magic" about the role they played that could not be assumed by others.

There was talk of a kind of "Nazi EU" being formed in the wake of a Germany victory. If Switzerland and the microstates are not outright annexed or forced in whatever way to come to terms, whatever continental organization the Reich develops will ensnare them.

Which will probably be similar to the Warsaw Pact in terms of the degree that Berlin will be calling the shots over the other states included in the organization.
