what effect would a Second Duke of Windsor have?

basically what it says on the tin, what if Edward, The Duke of Windsor had a son with his wife Wallis, Duchess of Windsor? what effect on the Monarchy and the British public would this Duke have?

If said son receives the title of Duke of Windsor is entirely upon the Monarch. My guess would be that any children will receive lesser titles.

On the succession? Nothing as the act of parliament that was passed as part of the abdication process excluded any future children form the British succession Would the childget a title? Perhaps but I dont know

 did my best to find this, but I think you're thinking of the honorific "His Royal Highness" which King George VI gave back to his brother but restricted so that his wife and any future children wouldn't get, the title however would as far as I can tell be passed down to any sons

No, the Monarch is the font of all titles and honors. King George V
'edited' the honorifics during the Great War and his son, or any other monarchs can do the same. Most likely, if not already agreed upon, any of Edward VIII's children with be morgantic completely out of the line of succession.

At least as long as the Queen Mother is alive there wouldn't be a second Duke of Windsor. Certain titles are not hereditary.
