1) No, but, I mean... prophets being mere humans?! I mean, from what I get, God is supposed to have spoken directly to all the prophets and that alone makes them special. It is, from my perspective, quite inconsistent to say that they were mere humans. Especially with Jesus pulling his nifty little thing about rising up to the heavens only return at the end times to slay the Antichrist/Dajjal. You can't say he's just a prophet. Would you say that Muhammad was 'just a prophet' while at the same time, you state that he made the 'final and most perfect' relevation of God. To me, that somehow doesn't compute. If they were so final and so perfect, Jesus wouldn't need to return to reaffirm them, now would he? That is my problem with Islam (with all religions, really): lack of self-consistency.
2) Also: "Yeshua? I thought he was called "Isa" in Arabic.![]()
1) First, I don't know if you had skipped some of my words back then on purpose, but let me remind you :
He is but a mere human if he wasn't destined by God to be his messenger (just like any other prophets)...
And he was, wasn't he ? So were any other prophet, Isa is NOT a mere human, but only because God decided so.
I see you're one of many victims which has been fascinated over seeing how has been a mess this world has been. I'm also one of them. I was even an agnostic myself, even blaming God for every mess I encountered. Still though, I couldn't deny God's existence no matter how hard my efforts for doing so were, because every messes in this world, particularly the natural ones. Just admit it, they are so WELL DONE!! Damn it, even in the slightest chance you would see that universe is running systematically, though it often appears to be random. The only thing I could do was just to feel so small.... We can't compute everything, face it! Our minds are great, but aren't enough to comprehend anything, though we don't have to in the first place anyway....
We are... just creatures... creations of God, believe it or not. Creations of humans can be released from their connections to those who created them because we know there exist external factors that are able to cause that. Like other humans, other creatures (living or not living, or not considered biologically living), etc that living in the same "space" or whatever you call it. How can you verify such things for God while you don't know that there would be external factors that are able to interfere and influence the process ran by Him? The only task for us humans to do, is only to live at the fullest. Do it in a good way and you'll receive a prize. Do it bad, and you'll be punished. Being alive is magnificent. Not always in a good way... but magnificent !!
2) I guess I forgot to note "Isa"(most probably an Arab version of Yeshua), wasn't I ?
Ok, that's all for the off topic talks. Back to the problem !!
My stance : There will be very unlikely to have "a sect of Islam" that would place Yeshua before Muhammad emerges in Islamic Europe.
