What does a CP-Aligned Italy lose in an Entente victory?

For the scenario, let's say that Italy does remain with the Central Powers and Declares war in 1914 with Germany.

I realize this changes a lot about how the war plays out, but for this, let's assume the war plays out similar to OTL, and results in the implosion of Austria-Hungary and Ottomans, Bulgaria dropping out of the war, and the remaining two Central Powers agreeing to a ceasefire.

What exactly does Italy lose in the Alt-Treaty of Versailles?

Colonies are a given at this point.
Does France gain Sardinia and bites off chunks of Piedmont, Liguria and the Aosta Valley?
Does parts of Eastern Italy get added to Yugoslavia?

If the Italians back the CP and lose, they are likely to:

Lose their colonies (that's not a tragedy)

Pay an indemnity (they probably won't actually pay it unless the Allies actually occupy part of Italy)

Maybe give the allies free trade rights

That's about it. Nobody really had any objectives against Italy
