What did the Germans do with all the Soviet factories they captured in '41?

During Op. Barbarossa the Germans captured hundreds of Soviet factories, some of which had produced small arms, ammo, tanks, aircraft etc.

What did the Germans do with these factories? Did they attempt to get them up and running again or did they strip them down and send them back to Germany to be used for spare parts or what?

Nothing I assume.

They were too busy massacring the skilled workers that could run such factories to really have a solid economic plan

They most like stripped down whatever hadn't taken behind the Urals already and sent it home.

There was not much the Germans could do with them - they were mostly empty buildings because the Soviets took nearly everything with them - and destroyed everything they had to leave behind.

There was no time either to make them functional unlike after the French campaign
