What did Napoleon plan to do with Russia after invading it?

In this case id say it would have been more worthwhile to just side with the poles in entirety from a pragmatic standpoint. The Russians will never accept the continental system in it's entirety, and a restored Poland will probably act as "the France of the east" in terms of maintaining French interests.

I agree but either Austria, Prussia or Russia would have to be onside too because the three of them were hostile to Poland. An alliance could have been made with Austria.

Not necessarily. I believe that there might be a chance to make alliance both with Austria and Poland. In 1809 Austria a large part of territories taken earlier from Poland, and yet it agreed to give Mary Louise to Napoleon as wife. Poles might be interested with taking back the rest (especially Lwów/Lwow/Lemburg), but the most important thing, Cracow, they already have. Add to it larger Poland (mostly from Russian-occupied territories).
And if Prussia does something to piss Napoleon off, Poland might regain all its lands from Austria with Silesia (lost by Austria to Prussia much earlier) as compensation for Vienna. Of course in such case Poland would probably get also eastern Pomerania back...:D
