What Countries Could Have A Confesionalist Political System?

Countries of the Indian sub-continent or a United India, Yugoslavia, Albania, Egypt, and various countries in West Africa.

Potentially the UK.

Currently a number of seats in the house of Lords are reserved for Anglican bishops.

Perhaps during the 19th century when nonconformist became more popular a large number of seats could be given over to Anglican, Methodist, Baptist etc in the second house. I don't believe, however, that Catholics would be given seats.
