What becomes of the Ottoman Empire in an Central Powers Victory TL?

Don't forget the Ottomans wouldn't be re-gaining Egypt back from the British. It was nominally under Ottoman suzerainty the whole time, their leader was a Khedeive or autonomous hereditary viceroy; with British advising. Same thing with Al Sabah in Kuwait and Al Thani in Qatar. They all flew Ottoman flags and recognised Ottoman suzerainty. As did most of the tribal "states" of the Arabian Peninsula (including Al Saud and Al Rasheed, neither of whom at this point technically challenged Ottoman Caliphate, they both awaited the end of the war.) The only internal outward hostilities were the Ashraf/Bani Hashem of Makkah and the Armenians.

I am sure the Arabian Peninsula would be internationally recognised as Ottoman, and quite possibly organized under a similar autonomous hereditary "viceroyalties"/sheikhdoms as per Egypt a la Mount Lebanon, Al Saud and/or Al Rasheed in Najd, the Ashraf of Makkah (depending on the timing of the victory,) Al Sabah in Kuwait, Al Khalifah in Bahrain, Bani Khalid in Al Hasa, Al Thani in Qatar, and the various "Trucial"/Emirati sheikhdoms. Although Al Hasa might become Imperial Territory/province.

And depending on the loss/status of Italy I would easily see Libya regained immediately. France's position, if weakened, and including Abdulqadir's rebellion could see yet another autonomous addition to the Caliphate.
