What are some Alternate History timelines you want to see written?

In this thread, you can either suggest an Alternate History timeline (either amateur or published) that you would love to read about, or you can point a user to such a story or timeline.

Alternate History timelines I always love are the ones where an African/Asian/Native American country avoids colonization and becomes a great power on its own. The Years of Rice and Salt actually made me an Alternate History fan even if the premise is a bit unrealistic. I also love speculative stories about societies that could have existed in real life but didn't. Examples include proto-communist societies, matriarchial societies, Christian socialist societies, communal reproduction societies, etc.

One more cool idea is where a common Alternate History idea goes in a completely different direction. Like say a timeline with a Confederate victory only for the CSA to later fall to a communist revolution. Or a Nazi victory that later gives birth to an anarchist society.

I never make good enough alternate histories, and when I do, nobody looks at them; I’d like to see an independent Hungary (with the Lands of the Crown of St Stephen), which could colonise the New World, a loyalist South during the ARW and then becomes dominions, but most importantly, no Norman Invasions and a southern Italian state unites Italia in the 1600s and colonises Virginia. Also, a world were the Hungarians went east and sailed to America, migrating to modern day Minnesota, and creating a Kingdom along the Mississippi, Missouri, And other rivers.

A timeline where Rome and Persia switch fates with the Roman Empire being absorbed wholesale by the Rashidun Caliphate while Persia limps along similar to Byzantium IOTL (Sassanids optional) would be an interesting TL to explore.
