What if Allies send Commandos into Concentration Camps start uprising all Concentration Camp Nazi Empire how that effect the World War II.

There were uprisings in the Treblinka and Auschwitz camps IOTL, as well as multiple instances of armed Jewish resistance. It didn't impact Nazi willingness for genocide one way or the other.

The difficuties of this would be quite high, not least the fact that in order to have a decent uprising among very weaken people you need supplies and weapons. Niether of which are easy to get through Nazi Europe and particually not into the well guarded camps.

Commandos might have been highly trained and well armed but on their own the most likely outcome is that they, a few guards and a lot of camp prisoners die without affecting the war much.

There was talk of using Mosquito bombers to try and take out the gas chambers and crematoriums in the concentration camps but from what I can remember there were some technical problems with the plan. Rather than a commando raid how about air-dropping a load of weapons and supplies into the camp in the middle of the work day? Have the containers full of sub-machine guns already loaded and cocked along with extra clips, and make them so that they break open and spill the contents when they touch down. It's probably unlikely to work everywhere but it might cause some agreeable chaos.

There's a chance the weapons would land among the Germans.
There were quite a few POW camps with military personnel, though they were kept under a tight watch.

Whilst in hindsight we can see this may be a good idea, justifying the enevitable slaughter of prisoners whom you have armed by angry Germans will be difficult particually as it is unlikely to benefit the war effort much.

Also given the complicated scene of world war 2 politics an idea like this is bound to be stopped, probably when the government in exile are asked for permission and question the logic behind getting their people massecured.

POWs and internees can rise up and have done so at times...though given the German's record of putting down uprisings with very brute force...

I agree.
The possiblity of allied forces of any kind, let alone commandos, smuggling in enough weapons to make it remotely possible for the prisoners of any of the camps to overpower the guards is extremely remote. The best it might do is provide a distraction if something nearby has to be dealt with. Bombing weapons in is unlikely to work and the Germans are going to crack down heavily very quickly.
