West Ukrainian People's Republic in a Central Powers Victory?

I was looking into the Ukrainian State for a Central Powers timeline and noticed the state lacked Western Ukraine. A bit of research showed that this region was separate from Ukraine as the West Ukrainian People's Republic and the Lemko republic.

I have some questions relating to these states;

1. Would they be likely to continue after the war, or be forcefully annexed back into Austria?

2. If they survived, would they be independent, or would they negotiate to join the Ukrainian State like Kuban and Crimea?

3. If they did get annexed back into Austria, would they be likely to reemerge when/if Austria collapses?

4. If independent, would West Ukraine fall under Austrian, or German influence?

5. If West Ukraine remains independent of both Austria and the Ukrainian State, would the Lemko republic join them, or might it fall under the influence of whoever the opposite power of question 4?

The West Ukrainian People's Republic was only founded after it was clear Austria-Hungary was collapsing. It would simply never have come into being in a Central-Powers-win world. The Central Powers were willing to recognize the "independence" of Skoropadksi's Hetman state, but only as long as it was drawn from Russian, not Austro-Hungarian territory.

Fair enough, if Austria were to fall after the war, what might the future look like for this state?
