Damn... of course I know it, I must've read it ten times. It's very good. He describes all of Hitler's crazy plans for building up spheres of influence, Germanizing Russia, new ships for the Kriegsmarine, colonies in Mittelafrika, long-range bombers, a second holocaust (after the Jews it'd be the Slavs), dividing up the Catholic church... it's a must for anyone who wants to write a "Nazis victorious" TL.
