Weird WI: Fascist Russian Empire?

You could get a Fascist Russia out of an early Central Powers victory in WW1. In this scenario, the Russian Empire would be a constitutional monarchy (NOT a constitutional autocracy like it was 1905 onwards), with some hard-line nationalist government at the helm. Pan-slavism would definitely be one of its key ideologies, which would spark revanchist feelings against Germany and whatever she's gained in the East, as Russia will likely claim these. It will almost certainly have strong anti-Semitic elements, being present in OTL Russian Empire. Maybe even anti-Islamic ones, if beaten by the Ottomans in this scenario.

However, to the original scenario where the Whites won the RCW and a Fascist party emerged dominant, you'd likely have all of the above, without the monarchy and the anti-Islamic elements. You may have gulags being built decades early.

Mind you, I think that the former scenario is more plausible.

A fascist Russian Empire is hardly impossible, though I don't think it would be very likely to happen *instead* of the communist revolution.

However, if the commies are stamped down, or if they for some reason don't get their five minutes at all, there would be chances for a fascist movement to take at the very least a shaky control of the country...something with the Black Hundreds, maybe? For example:

One of the Black Hundreds' leaders, Vladimir Purishkevich, conspired with the Ataman of the Don Cossack Host to get him to come to Petrograd with a ton of Cossacks and remove the Reds from power immediately after the October revolution. Perhaps this could succeed, and result in a nationalist provisional government in Petrograd, which would include Purishkevich and more than a few other proto-fascists? From there that government could slowly take control over all of Russia, especially once the Central Powers fall, and slowly transform from a government with (proto-)fascists to a fascist-dominated government with a distinct monarchist, corporatist, anti-semitic, and overall fascist ideological bent.

Also, you have these guys as an interesting concept (though I'm not sure how they could accomplish a takeover of the state without the full military, industrial, and diplomatic support of the Alien Space Bat Empire behind them) :

Konstantin Rodzaevsky and Constantine Vonsyatsky are two potential candidates for a possible Russian fascist regime, but what about Aleksander Kolchak as the military dictator?

How would Fascism work in largely agricultural and multi-ethnic state like Russia, What would be the reason for the conservatives to transform the nation into a proto-fascist state?

Russia which didn't have much industry was hurting and the army was severely under-equipped, yet the provisional government stupidly decided to keep fighting anyway. The Bolsheviks where the only Russia group in power that argued for the end of war with the Central Powers, even if these so-called proto fascists do take power, whats to stop the Central Powers from destroying them if don't sue for peace.

Then even they do sue for peace what is to stop all of the tensions between the SR's, Mensheviks, Bolsheviks, Conservatives, and all of the nationalists who would to brake from the Russian state and the peasants, from boiling to the surface. The Provisonal Government played a balancing act, trying to keep the coalition of factions in the Government together. The only reason Kerensky gave the Bolshevik's weapons was to help defend against a possible coup from Kornilov. Having one faction just try and take power is going to cause of lot of instability, even if they do beat the communists they would have to deal with everyone else.
