Here's my entry.

In this TL, Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah is more successful in challenging Mahathir Mohamad for the Presidency of UMNO in the 1987 UMNO elections and ends up winning with a small majority.

An infobox of a President in another timeline, one that will be written by someone else on this Board. America in this TL has two main parties, the Socialists and Democrats, but the rump Populists is a significant third party, and the House is more Dutch-style and multipartisan.

There was a significant constitutional convention that happened at some point in the 20th Century, which reduced age-limits to 21 years of age.

My entry:

Following the successful Australian Republican Referendum in 1999 (a direct election model was proposed, rather than the parliament-appointed option IOTL), the first presidential election was held, which co-coincided with the 2001 Federal parliamentary election that saw John Howard narrowly re-elected. Similarly, the Liberal candidate Peter Arnison, a former Governor of Queensland, was elected over John Sanderson (the relatively unknown Governor of Western Australia) on a 50.2-49.8 margin.

Arnison was re-elected in 2004, but lost in 2007 following the Labor landslide that swept out Howard, to Kim Beazley; the first candidate from a parliamentary background and who was not a former or current Governor of a state.

Here's my entry, from a TL I may or may not make. Germany still loses WWI, but less harshly, and keeps the monarchy. As an added bonus, Hitler is killed in combat in WWI.

EDIT: NVM, it's for Alternate Leaders of OTL countries, so the one made for me doesn't count, even asides from having been made for me rather than by me and not originally for the conquest.
