weapons of alternate cold war

if japan and germany had won the war (like the man in the high castle scenario) what kind of weapons, grenades, tanks, planes and so forth would created under these regimes. starting from, lets say 1950-2010

The problem is, the scenario of Japan and Germany winning the war and splitting up the US is ASB to begin with. It's hard to think of potential weapons for a Cold War-esque conflict that is ASB to begin with.

Assuming Germany won (possible) it would face US coldish-war style and strong guerilla/terrorism. So OOH it would develop Navy simialr to Soviet navy, that is offensive, designed to cut sea routes. expect SS(N), SSB(N) and strong heavy surface navy butfew carriers. Relying on land based planes. Those would also develop along soviet lines, long range bombers, point defense fighters. cosntant guerilla war would require CAS, so A-10/Su-25 like planes, cargo planes converted into gunships and strong use of vertical maneuvre + helicopter gunships.

As japanese victory is ASB expect hovercraft, magnetic propulsion and lasers by mid-1950s

I mostly agree with this. However, I think there would be significantly more emphasis on power projection in a Nazi navy than the Soviet one. You have to remember that the Soviet Navy was designed to cut the sea routes to Western Europe in the event of a NATO-Warsaw Pact war. Most of the Soviet Army was positioned for such a war as well. A Nazi Europe would not have to face this threat on its borders, so it would probably try to develop a couple of carriers and large numbers of subs.

A lot depends on the scenario. I'm assuming something like Fatherland. In such a scenario, a large part of the German military would be fighting Soviets out past the Urals. A lot also depends on what happens with the colonies in Africa and elsewhere.
