Weapons before their time

If after WW1 all of europe shared tech and actually worked together

when do you think these would be made in large numbers

Weapon (OTL equivilent)

Heavy bombers (flying fortress size)
Large Aircraft Carriers (like the USS Midway)
Jet Fighters (hurricans)
Heavy Tanks (Panthers)
Assult Rifles (Stg-44)
Advanced Subs (OTL 1944 ones)
Helicopters (Korean war ones)
Atom bomb (self explanatory, Eintstien has told europe about the Bomb rather than america)

If Japan becomes a major rival, then you could certainly see an impetus for a lot of these (not all). A China-focus from Europe could certainly help here, and if the idea that a pan-Pacific War is coming gains credence, then large aircraft carriers able to operate as mobile airfields, heavy bombers built for range and endurance, advanced submarines for trade interdiction or sneaking up on the battlefleet, and better rifles etc from experience.

Some of these technologies require foundation technology so are hard to do before the 1930s - helicopters were at the point of being viable in Germany by 1939 and if the Allies had not bombed the Focke-Agelis factories would have been much more numerous in use by the Nazis, so you could certainly have much more widespread and advanced helicopters by 1940 or so.

Vickers Heavy Tank shows that the design concept was certainly possible to be pursued - OTL it was abandoned as not having a purpose so continuing this route would need a clearly identified role for it

Thanks this was a real help

Jet Fighters (hurricanes)

the Hurricane isn't a jet fighter, but the aircraft itself was a hybrid of WWI and 30s technology [it was known as the "Fury monoplane" at first and utilised construction techniques from the predecessor biplane] and could have been ready much sooner - if there was impetus to fund its manufacture

similarly the centrifugal gas-turbine [jet aero engine] had been more or less perfected by the mid thirties - the hard bit was finding a company to build a prototype to put one in!

governments don't realise what they need, until they find they need them...

B-17 is actually a rather old design - an equivalent could easily be in service by 1935
Large aircraft carriers - Akagi was commissioned in 1927 with 31 knots / 90 planes cf Midway 33 kns / 130 planes. Mid 1920's for a super size carrier if UK wanted it.
Jet fighters - Hurricans? If Whittle had been supported as soon as his patent was granted then jets could be flying by mid 1930's. Metallurgy would be a bitch though
Heavy tanks - Panthers are problematic since the need for Panthers was dependent on the opponent (i.e T-34). You could have Pzrkw IV's by 1936 money no object
Assault rifles - Ribeyrolle 1918 carbine (French) could have been developed and perfected by mid 1920's
Advanced subs - short of the ASW expereince gained in the 1940's can't see these subs being introduced any quicker
Helicopters - a continued development of the Breuget-Dorand prototype of 1933 could see practical helicopters flying by the end of the 1930's
Atom bomb - others have answered this. OTL is close to fastest time line possible
