Was there a possible personal union between Brandenburg and Poland?

I recall on an old thread that was about personal unions that didn't but almost came about, someone mentioned an eccentric Duke or Elector that might have inherited Brandenburg, (possibly) Poland, and Bohemia. The thing was he was a bit of an Alchemist, but also if I'm not mistaken against Marrying, and so somehow I think his brother inherited and the union fell through? If this rings a bell can anyone point me to a name, I'm thinking of doing a TL about this.

It'd have to be someone from the House of Luxembourg, not sure whom. Hope that helps
Sigismund of Luxembourg, great grandson of Casimir the Great, claimed throne already after death of his father-in-law, king Louis d'Anjou. There are other options: Frederick "the Iron" Hohenzollern was engaged to Hedwig, daughter of king Władysław II Jagiełło of Poland and elector Joachim II Hohenzollern was married to Hedwig Jagiellon, daughter of Sigismund I of Poland.

There is at least one, possibly two possibilities. Firstly under the Hohrnzollerns, specifically Frederick II and Hedwig of Poland Lithuania (the elder sister of the Wladyslaw who died at Varna) which was something that came close to happening OTL-I used this pod in my own timeline.

IIRC there was a Wittlesbach Prince of Brandenburg who was in negotiation for a Polish princess as well (Jadwiga?).

Louis Wittelsbach, son of Emperor Louis IV, married to Kunigunde of Poland, daughter of Casimir the Great.

Yes, I believe it was Frederick II I was thinking of. In fact, I think it was in @The Undead Martyr 's Visconti TL that I first hear mention of him. I actually think I was originally thinking of his brother the Alchemist.
