Warsaw vs Krakau

In the event of a CP victory in WW1, where the Kingdom of Poland includes the Congress of Poland and Austrian Galicia, what would the Polish capital be?
The two likely candidates as I see them are Warsaw and Krakau.

I think Warsaw. Technically, before partitions, Cracow was the capital of Poland and Warsaw was more like the capital of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. Polish kings were crowned in Cracow. However, for quite some time capital of the PLC was in Polish minds the same as the capital of Poland. When Poland regained independence in 1918 I think there was never any doubt about Warsaw being Polish capital. Warsaw was also bigger than Cracow. In 1914 Warsaw had well over 800 000 inhabitants, Cracow about 160 000.
