I doubt Warner would dissolve Disney, in fact it is far more likely we see a change to Disney-Warner Inc. (because it flows off the tongue better than Warner-Disney). Disney would be ran as a separate entity for a decade or so, until Warner can merge the corporations.
Disney World and Disney Land will remain what they are, though I can imagine, Warner putting its name out there, such as Disney's Magic Kingdom, Warner Brothers Epcot Center, Disney-Warner Hollywood Studios, and Disney-Warner Animal Kingdom. Disney characters appear at the Magic Kingdom, Warner characters appear at Epcot, while the two joint ventures features both.
As far as movies such as Pocahontas, Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, they are likely to be made, I don't see why not, it makes money, Warner likes money, its a marriage in heaven. Pixar might remain with George Lucas though or Steve Jobs. Perhaps with Pixar remaining part of LucasFilm, we will see an earlier release of Star Wars, and shows such as the Clone Wars will look more like Toy Story.
