War over Cyprus 1974, Could Turkey or Greece move to the Soviet Camp

Say war over Cyprus breaks out in 1974

Could Turkey or Greece end up in the Soviet Camp either during a Cyprus war or afterwards

Well, as far as I can tell, Turkey was still a member of NATO in good standing at that time and for long afterwards, so it would take a pretty huge ideological leap to get them into the Soviet camp.

Maybe something closer in spirit to Sweden?

If the Greek junta is defeated and the population believes that the US aided the Turks while Greece lost a chance for Enosis, the regime might be toppled by groups that would be friendlier with the Soviets. It's questionable if Moscow would straight up let them join the WP as the tensions with Turkey would mean there's a possibility of a world war breaking out over the Cyprus dispute.

It's similar with Turkey, though the Soviets might use their possible defeat in the war to further destabilise a powerful NATO member.

IMHO Greece would be more likely to drift towards the USSR than Turkey. Lots of enmity between Turkey and Russia, not so much with Greece.
