War of the Roses questions

So, in recent days I've been doing a lot of thinking, and have been mulling over various options regarding a War of the Roses based story. Got a few questions.

1.) In the event that Henry V and Catherine of Valois had had a second son, a twin of Henry VI, is it inevitable that this son would be given the regency should Henry VI go mad as in otl? Might this prompt a war, should the boy, let's call him John not get along with SOmerset and Margaret?
2.) Similar to 1, in the event that one of Henry V's brothers had a son, they'd be the most likely candidate for a regency and potential conflict?
3.) Say Edmund, Earl of Rutland, did not leave with his father to Sandal Castle, and instead fought alongside his cousin the Earl of Warwick at St Albans, before moving onto fight at Towton, what title would he be given: Clarence or Bedford, or another title? Secondly, would he marry abroad or locally? Thirdly as he and his brother were only a year apart in age, and said to be very close, what role might he play in government, assuming if you will that the Woodville marriage still happens?
