I believe somebody did a EU vs Russia one. It ended with a political settlement since neither side wanted a war. There was little U.S. participation in the conflict.
Well, Georgia joins NATO before 2008, Russia attacks similar to OTL, and NATO declares a case of collective self-defense, triggering a war between Russia and NATO. The question I've been wondering on there though is, if Georgia was a NATO member already, wouldn't this make the Russians think twice about such an action (after all, most NATO members are also EU members, and also the Russian's biggest trade partners). I think, Russia explicitly attacked Georgia as long as it wasn't inside NATO. Still, you might give such a scenario the benefit of doubt, so it might be doable (sort of similar to the Spanish-Moroccan War).
