W: Nazi Victory in The Falcon Cannot Hear TL

So I've been wondering, having finished reading the quite excellent timeline 'The Falcon Cannot Hear: The Second American Civil War 1937-1944' by Ephraim Ben Raphael, what would a Nazi Victory look like in this timeline, with a Nazi Germany that controls Mainland Europe from a puppet government in France all the way to the Urals.

With the USA as weakened as it is after the Second American Civil War, what would a likely Cold War between the USA and Germany look like?

Any world where Japan is at war with the USSR and there is no American Lend-Lease should almost have certainly ended with a Nazi victory.

Britain would be much weaker and the rest of the pacific would be under Japanese control. Also Japan would regain Manchuria and would expand into the rest of Asian Russia.

Not sure about expansion into Asian Russia. The logistics will be murderous for both Japanese and Soviets. Southern Siberia require severe maintenance to just keep basic roads operable, and road will deteriorate in the case of the prolonged attrition war. I expect rather Japanese taking Far East up to Amur river (which is a natural supply line), with buffer states (pro-Japanese Eastern Siberia plus possibly Tuvan Republic) separating Japan from German holdings.

Presuming anything that resembles IOTL's Barbarossa and the absence of American aid, the end result will inevitably be a Soviet collapse.
