VoC under Habsburg

Would it be possible for the Habsburg to retake the Netherlands during the 30 Years War in a way and time which allow the thriving Dutch trading companies to continue existing and working under Habsburg reign ? I've been thinking about how Dutch colonialism in Indonesia and elsewhere under the Habsburg would look like and how to achieve it. That being the main aim, so I've considered the likelihood of Spanish factor being a deal breaker against this end, so I will accept getting rid of them through different successionary distribution of Habsburg fiefs between what Habsburg branches before the Dutch revolt, possibly preventing the revolt itself, should that be required, provided it doesn't prevent Calvinism from establishing itself in the country. Better though, if this can be done at anytime between the founding of VoC and the French Revolution.

I wonder if there is high likelihood the VOC agents abroad would simply leave the company if there was too much interference from the Habsburgs. They could either absorb into the local merchant culture (whether Indonesian, Indian or Japanese) or they could start up trade with England. It could also end up as some what like the Asiento, in which the the Habsburg's put the right to trade in those regions up to sale for the highest bidder depending on the time period it might go to the Fuggers, the Genoese, the Portuguese, or an Antwerp based bank.

There's also this as an example of a Habsburg east indian company: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Austrian_East_India_Company
