Visayan(Cebuano, Tausug, Illonggo etch) speaking Sabah

I think it's rather far away, unless the Arab traders landed in the Visayans not just Mindanao establishing a sultanate there and making their way south until The Spaniards attacked

actually, eastern mindanao was largely visayan speaking while sulu is being visayified in the pre-occupation era.

We only need to make sure the Sultanate of Sulu didn't sell it to the White Rajahs for a pre-1900 POD
But Sabah won't be a part of Malaysia though

I also have another POD in mind but it's post-1900, Malaysia won't even have Borneo
Oh well, I'll stick with this one

Hmm can't think of one where it's a part of Malaysia though
