Why is the US technocratic? Basically, FDR gets assassinated, Garner proves to be ineffective, and eventually, technocrats take the US government, while getting to institute their economic/social policies.
I have three questions for this scenario.
1. How does the world view a technocratic state?
2. Are Technocrats likely to keep an isolationist foreign policy?
3. How does this impact WW2?
This isn't a very explored scenario compared to many, so would like more thoughts on it.
