Victoria Carries worse haemophilia- WI King Willie the Stupid of England

Suppose all of Victoria's boy children have serious heamphilia and none are alive or able to leave offspring.

her first daughter married the heir to the King of Prussian

They managed to produce a boy who became Kaiser Bill.

How much chaos ensues?

Oops. I posted a response, not having seen 'boy children'.

Every male child of a carrier has a 50/50 chance of having the disease. OTL, Victoria had 4 boys, so the probability of all of them having the disease is (.5)^4 or 1/64. Which is doable.

However, it also means that Edward (the oldest child) would be hæmophiliac, which would change LOTS in history. In particular, WOULD Victoria (Jr) be married off to the heir to the German Emperor in such a case? I doubt it.

I suspect she and Albert would keep trying to have sons, and if none of them were healthy, they'd make sure that their eldest daughter was married to someone safe. Parliament is NOT going to stand for another Personal Union - ESPECIALLY with a major power like Prussia.

Moreover, the marriage was unpopular iOTL in Prussia, and if she (or a son) were likely to be Monarch of the UK, there'd be even more opposition.

King Frederick William IV had also allowed his nephew reluctantly to marry a British princess and he even had to keep his approval in secret as his own wife showed an strong Anglophobia.[21]

So. The first knock effect of all of Victoria's sons being hæmophiliac is that Vicky Jr marries someone else, and your scenario doesn't arise.
