Well, I've been writing a proto timeline, and I have been wondering if this map is ASB or not.

Here's the background: The PoD is a successful Shay's Rebellion that topples Massachusetts. The lack of federal response causes an outcry, and, in the ensuing Constitutional Convention, leads to too much disunity, especially between those with colonies and those without. The Union breaks.

Pennsylvania and Maryland become a rump U.S., Delaware joining due to claims on its land everywhere.

New Hampshire and Connecticut get rebellions of their own, and New York marches in, "stabilizing" New England. They just snatch up Vermont and New Hampshire and create a confederacy after "liberating" Massachusetts and Connecticut, but Shays escapes.

Then suddenly French Revolution.

Then suddenly Second Shays' Rebellion/Revolution.

New York gets its "Marines Birth" with an amphibious invasion on Rhode Island, the source of Shays' newest rebellion with Connecticut.

New York finally captures Shays and kills him in New Hampshire.

The tired New England, now dominated by New York, is just completely annexed into a false confederacy. New Hampshire, now afraid of New York's expansionism, joins the Federal Union/USA.

Georgia is in the Spanish sphere of influence, and is planned to have a massive economical boost with the early invention of the cotton gin.

With that, here's the map(It's not perfect with non-American forces):
