Burgundy only inherited Brabant once the Valois-Brabant died out, ie Philippe de Saint-Pol kicked it.

Still, Brabant-Valois were not on good terms with Philip the Good and Philip of Saint-Pol allied himself with Anjou, Charles VII's supporters.

Besides being Philippe de Saint-Pôl's next-in-line. And this is assuming that Phil doesn't marry Yolande of Anjou and make boy babies with her. It was only the double death of Philippe (her fiancé) and a Savoyard princess (Bona?), who was fiancée of the duke of Brittany that led to Yolande becoming duchess of Brittany
