Both ships are in January of 1942 configuration
Round 1:
Battle take place in the North Atlantic, both ships are at battle stations after either detection with radar or visual contact. Weather and sea conditions are calm.
Round 2:
Richmond is backed up by the USS Northampton, Koln has the Prinz Eugen. Both heavy cruisers are in January 1942 condition. Weather and sea condition are same as round 1.
I chose the Richmond (Omaha class) over say a Brooklyn simply because i figured the Brooklyn class will beat the hell out of a Konigsberg class cruiser.
Edit Apparently karlsrhue was sunk by 1942, therefore lets use Koln as the ship for this scenario.
