So the key is too produce a plausible list of US president from the end of World War II till present.

First of all the OTL Presidents:

Harry S. Truman (1945-53): not affected by XXII as an incumbent when XXII was passed
Dwight D. Eisenwohner (1953-61): indeed affected by XXI, an urge for a third term?
John F. Kennedy (1961-63): an affection would afford him to survive the assassination attempt
Lyndon B. Johnson (1963-69): not affected, rump term after JFK's death was less than two years, end of presidency came with the loss of the 1968 primaries
Richard Nixon (1969-74): not affected
Gerald Ford (1974-77): not affected
Jimmy Carter (1977-81): not affected
Ronald Reagan (1981-89): indeed affected and a latent urge for a third term is undoutable
George Bush sen. (1989-93): not affected
Bill Clinton (1993-2001): indeed affected
George W. Bush (2001-09): indeed affected

My idea about Eisenhower: I don't know, rather no third term.
My idea about Reagan: He would have won the 1988 elections, but I don't know if he might step down because of his Alzheimer disease.
My idea about Clinton: 50/50
My idea about Bush: He wouldn't win the third term.
