US Navy positions in a Trent war

I'm trying to make sure I have all the US ships (sloop and up) localized in the event of a Trent War. I'm also curious what the blockading stations (Gulf, Port Royal) and other stations (Pacific) would do in the event of war - e.g. would the Hampton Roads blockading force retreat up into the Chesapeake?

Here's what I have - locations all as of declaration of war or news arriving in Washington of DoW. Here I'm using an 8/9 Jan DoW and the news arriving via telegraph from Halifax on 21 Jan.

Any I got wrong?

And the stations which need to be looked at:

1: What do all the Pacific ships do when the news comes in?
2: What would the Gulf blockading squadron do?
3: What would the Port Royal squadron do?
4: What would the Hampton Roads squadron do in the event of the British arriving off the Chesapeake?
5: Would any of the ships to the north become commerce raiders?
6: How would these various stations be informed of the war, and when would they find out?
