United Scandinavia

Yes but I posit that a genuinely succesful peasant revolt in Denmark, would do away with a lot of the oppressive systems that held them back compared to the Swedish peasantry. Skipper Clements army of commoners would hold a lot of sway in this ATL scenario. I don't consider it implausible that serfdom would be abolished.
There is no guarantee that Christoffer would abandon the Oldenburg ambitions of once again tying the duchies to the crown. But, due to the dynastic change that his ITL ascension would mean, I'm not sure his potential reclaiming of the duchies would be viewed as particularly justified by the surrounding powers. This might be a bit farfetched, but in this scenario I could see him and his descendants trying to seek power thorugh domination of the old Kalmar-Union, instead of risky adventures in Germany.
Also, he might seek revenge for Gustav Vasa attacking him in Scania(Helsingborg I believe?), and launch a counterattack into Sweden.
Then again a country ravaged by civil war might not be strong enough to defeat the mighty Vasa, and the newly freed rural class might be more interested in going back to their farmsteads than fight for a cause which probably doesn't mean too much to them.

Abolishing serfdom is not enough - the peasants need to own land and business enough to be a substantial power in society, like they did in Sweden. And land re-distribution is far too radical even for those that would otherwise support the commoners. The PoD needs to be before the Danish strongmen/nobility seized the free-held land during the 13th and 14th centuries.

The strong Danish crown and its ambitions made it take out huge taxes on free-holding peasants, resulting in many peasants moving to become tenants under noblemen instead (since they would only need to pay the nobleman, since the nobleman's land was free from tax). That way, the nobleman could seize the land once the peasant died, claiming that it had always belonged to his estate.

Around 1420, the free-holding peasants owned about 15% of the Danish arable land, while the nobility owned about 40%. The corresponding numbers for Sweden is about 52% and 22%.

This is one of the basic social factors behind the problems of the Kalmar Union - and you need to fix it somehow in order to make the Union a potential single nation.
