I do believe the dynastic name would be something like Stephanos - that, or Ouresis.

The name Stephen was extremely important in the identity and court culture of the Nemanjic dynasty: almost every single Serbian King and Emperor used Stefan as a regnal name. (In fact, the last pretender to the Serbian Kingdom - who had the misfortune of being actually named Stephen at birth - was officially "Stephen Stephen".) These names were just as big a marker of identity as their actual surname.

Honestly, an empire run by someone other than the Greeks might be your best bet.

So the Ottomans? Or the French? XD

But in seriousness, it is also a possibility, though I think Stefan Uros IV had the single best bet of pulling it off.
